Tom Joyner News: Nine flu-related deaths reported in Cuyahoga County in first three weeks of season!
CLEVELAND – In the first three weeks of the flu season, there have been nine flu-related deaths in Cuyahoga County, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health reported.
Health officials said the main cause is H1N1. This strain tends to attack middle-aged people unlike the normal flu which usually attacks kids or the elderly. Of the nine deaths reported in Cuyahoga County, five were between the ages of 45 to 59.
Symptoms of the virus include a sudden onset fever, headache, nonproductive cough, sore throat, stuffy nose and aches and pains.

Shots start at $21 for kids and $31 for adults, but there is no cost for those unable to pay. Call 216-201-2041 to make an appointment.
