CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

Cuyahoga County now has a new hotline to better ensure area seniors and adults with disabilities can access the services they need.

“In Cuyahoga County, we’ve worked hard to ensure that seniors and adults with disabilities get the best constituent services we can provide,” said Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald. “I am proud to announce this new hotline that will allow residents to place a single phone call and get the information they need for themselves or their loved ones.”

After developing a comprehensive plan to consolidate all program functions into one Intake Unit, DSAS formally announced the new constituent services hotline Thursday.

As a result of this effort, anyone seeking assistance will be able to call (216) 420-6700.
