Word on the street is reality TV queen Nene Leakes is ready to show off her ballroom dancing skills.

According to exclusive reports by E! News, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star signed on for the upcoming 18th season of “Dancing with the Stars,” which is set for a March 17th premiere. Sources added that former “Full House” star Candace Cameron Bure also joined the dancing compeition.

ABC did not confirm nor deny the rumors. The network plans to announced the official casting news on March 4 on “Good Morning America.”

Although the new list of celebrity dancers is being kept hush-hush, ABC did confirm a new co-host for the forthcoming season. “I have enjoyed seven seasons co-hosting DWTS but understand the need for change considering the position of the show at this juncture,” said the former host Brooke Burke-Charvet told E!. “I’ve always been one to embrace change and looking forward to pursuing opportunities I previously wasn’t able to entertain because of contractual obligations to the show. I’ve seen my fair share of shocking eliminations in the ballroom but this one takes the cake.”

Brooke will be replaced by Erin Andrews.

Tell us, do you think NeNe has what it takes to win? It would be cool to have two Black female winners back to back!
