CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Downtown streets are filled with red, white and blue Tribe fans. Local restaurants are packed inside and out. Even though the rain was a problem and threatened to be all day, even as the clouds broke up, there was optimism on Rally Alley.
The beauty of opening day is that it can be anything you want it to be.
From a big time party, complete with parking lot keg bowling to a family affair complete with a special day off of school for the kids.
“This is a Cleveland tradition we have- good baseball tradition, good sports. We love Cleveland sports. I’m a Browns fan and Indians fan and a Cavs fan,” says one Cleveland sports enthusiast.
