Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer care residential tier three technical support workforce by more than 30 at its North Canton, Ohio operations.
These positions will primarily support TWC’s residential data and voice customer base.
“We are looking to fill a number of full-time positions in our North Canton office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state,” said Kathy Chamberlain, Regional Vice President of Customer Care at Time Warner Cable. “With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers.”
The hiring event will take place Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at the Time Warner Cable office located at 5520 Whipple Ave. NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
Applicants will be interviewed between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., or from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
