INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 packet stevia

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp flax

1/2 scoop (prob about 2 Tbsp) cinnamon or vanilla protein powder

Vanilla

3/4 cup milk (I use almond milk)

1/3 cup shredded carrot and zucchini

DIRECTIONS:

Mix dry ingredients then stir in wet. Make pancakes on stove at low-medium heat.

For the frosting, mix the below ingredients and pour over like syrup:

  1. Vanilla Greek yogurt
  2. 1 packet stevia
  3. Milk for thinning
