Man Arrested and Charged for Allegedly Running a Cockfighting Ring

CLEVELAND – A man was arrested and charged with running a cockfighting ring on Cleveland’s west side, the Animal Protective League reports.

Carlos Diaz, 33, of Cleveland was charged with 24 misdemeanors including animal fighting, possession of criminal tools, animal neglect and training animals for fighting.
