82-Year-Old Male Caught Flying a Kite Naked in Public
CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio – An 82-year-old man was cited by police for being naked while flying a kite at the Summit County Fairgrounds Wednesday.
According to police, the man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was found flying the kite in the nude while a youth group was involved in a horse camp.
The man was told by police not to return to the fairgrounds, and left the area.
