Underweight Puppy Found in Garfield Heights

GARFIELD HEIGHTS- The city’s Animal Warden is trying to find the person responsible for the severe neglect of a puppy.

According to Garfield Heights Police Facebook page, the male pit bull is roughly 6-7 months old.
