With the holidays rapidly approaching smartphones take on a whole new level of importance. Not only just for staying in contact with friends and family out of town, but a good one can be a welcome distraction from those visitors that have over stayed their welcome. Samsung Galaxy Note 4

iPhone 6 & 6 Plus

The standard has a 4.7 inch Retina HD display and the Plus touts a 5.5 inch screen. That’s it. To some people size matters.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge
What’s better than one screen? Two, of course. And Samsung is betting that there dual-screen concept turned reality device will give them the edge over other smartphone makers. The Galaxy Note Edge packs similar specs to the Note 4 but comes with a side screen that gives users access to all of their notifications without interrupting their experience on the main screen.

While Windows has been often regulated to the Island of misfit OS in the smartphone market, it looks like their day has finally come with HTC using the platform on their One M8.
