CLEVELAND- A baby boy was found alone in a car in the parking lot of Tower City Thursday morning.
Police broke the window to get the child out of the car, which was not running, Cleveland Police Sgt. Ali Pillow said.
Officers found the 1-year-old’s mother inside Tower City. Pillow said they believe she works there. The mom was not arrested, though police consider this a case of child endangering.
