He is responsible for the overall management and operating performance of Interactive One, including new business ventures, identifying acquisitions, managing an integrated business plan and attracting key talent. Mr. Liggins served as Acting Chief Operating … Officer of Radio One Inc. since June 30, 2006. He joined Radio One in 1985 as an Account Manager at WOL-AM. Since 1987, he served as General Sales Manager and since 1988 General Manager of Radio One’s Washington D.C. operations. He served as a Sales Executive of Light Records since 1984. Mr. Liggins serves as Chairman and Director of TV One LLC. He serves as Vice Chairman of The Apollo Theater Foundation, Inc. He serves as Director of The Apollo Theater Foundation, Inc. He has been a Director of Radio One Inc. since 1989. He served as Director of Ibiquity Digital Corporation. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business /Executive MBA Program from Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania in May 1995.
