With her new album Reality Show holding the No. 1 spot on the Billboard’s R&B Albums chart it’s safe to say that Jazmine Sullivan is back.
In 2008 fans were surprised and heartbroken after Sullivan announced via Twitter that she was leaving the music industry.
“I told everybody, including my mom, dad, and management and everything all via Twitter. Everybody was mad at me. They were like if you were going to stop at least you could’ve called,” Sullivan told StuffFlyPeopleLike.com.
What fans didn’t know was that Sullivan was in an abusive relationship that caused her to quit the industry.
