CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –Samaria Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice, along with her attorneys Benjamin L. Crump, Walter Madison and Daryl Parks, and Dr. R.A. Vernon are gathering Monday to talk about developments in the death investigation of the 12-year-old.
The group will meet outside the Justice Center at noon.
The latest news conference comes on the heels of last month’s reenactment.
On April 26, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department and the Bureau of Criminal investigations were outside the Cudell Recreation Center, where Rice was shot and killed by a Cleveland Police Officer back in November.
