CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The city of Cleveland is on the road to reform. Mayor Jackson and Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams revealed some changes that have been discussed as part of the city’s settlement agreement with the Department of Justice.
So what steps have been taken so far?
“There are some things we are implementing, like new training on police interactions with the youth,” said Mayor Frank Jackson.
Every police officer in Cleveland will also have Community Police Training by the end of the year.
