WILLOUGHBY, Ohio – Downtown Willoughby is closed down due to flooding from a water main break, police confirm.
The break happened at Eire and Spaulding streets, shutting down Erie Street until further notice.
One lane may be open to traffic later today.
State Route 20 is also closed at Sharpe Avenue.
