UNIVERSITY CIRCLE, OH (WOIO) –
A 20-story, 280-unit luxury residential tower that will provide a significant and tasteful addition to University Circle is moving forward.
Plans were submitted Thursday for approval by the Euclid Corridor Design Review Committee and then the City Planning Commission.
Named One University Circle, the 280-unit structure will offer 24-7 concierge service, an outdoor pool, a contemplation garden and a sky lounge on the top floor that residents and surrounding institutions will be able to use for events.
Mitchell Schneider of First Interstate Properties said his vision for the project was not just to increase the residential supply available in the market, but to “bring to Northeast Ohio a holistic building that focuses on mind, body and spirit — a rapidly growing architectural trend in other parts of the country based on proximity to educational, medical, and cultural institutions. University Circle has all of these attributes in immediate proximity to One UC.”
