President Barack Obama is up to his singing ways again. On Thursday the president was touring New Orleans to mark the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina when he encountered a woman named Weezy.
“Weezy? Really? Like, Weezy? Like in ‘Sanford & Son?,” the president said clinching his chest mimicking the old Red Fox routine.
However, the real-life Weezy corrected Mr. Obama and reminded him that she shares the name with the character from the 1970s sitcom The Jeffersons.
