Tamir Rice‘s paternal grandmother agreed to sit down with the CBS Evening News Monday for her first television interview since Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty released three expert reports saying the fatal shooting of the 12-year-old was “reasonable.”

Meantime, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is expressing support for the Rice family.
Clinton sent the tweet Monday after meeting with members of Black Lives Matter and other affiliated groups in Washington, D.C. on Friday.
