Changes in Gun Registry in Cleveland Starts Today

CLEVELAND – A new law takes effect in Cleveland Monday that requires gun offenders who reside in Cleveland to register with the city.
The law was approved by city council in April.
At the time, Councilman Matt Zone told newsnet5.com that the new law was designed to keep guns out of the hands of children and irresponsible adults.
