AKRON, Ohio – One man is causing a lot of controversy in Akron.

The 25-year-old is walking around the city with a rifle strapped to his back and police say he’s not a threat but not everyone feels the same way.

A nearly five minute video posted on Facebook shows outrage from a local business owner.

In the video, the owner of the barbershop Kangaroo Kutz confronts Daniel Kovacevic—the man carrying the gun.

The owner, Deone Slater, calls Kovacevic a threat, especially with University of Akron right across the street.

In the video, Kovacevic says he is just exercising his right to carry a firearm and wants to start a conversation.
