CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Crowds continue to gather for another round of demonstrations in Cleveland Friday, many upset with the announcement from Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty that two police officers would not be charged in the death of Tamir Rice.
Wearing signs stating ‘Fire McGinty’ activists, Rice relatives, community organizers and clergy are among those in attendance.
The noon rally kicked off at Impett Park on W. 153rd Street.
Once they arrived on Edgecliff Ave. at Prosecutor McGinty’s home, Rice’s cousin LaTonya Goldsby began speaking about her family, the city and why they believe the prosecutor should be fired.
