Mariah Carey and her new fiance have plenty of time to plan their wedding because neither of them is divorced yet. TMZ reports the pop star and Australian billionaire James Packer haven’t finalized their divorces. Carey and ex-in waiting Nick Cannon are still hashing out financial issues. Packer separated from his wife in 2013 and she’s currently dating the singer Seal. According to TMZ, it’s Australia’s divorce laws that are slowing things way down.
