CLEVELAND, Ohio — Several workers were rallying outside Cleveland City Hall Thursday to demand a $15 minimum wage available in states like New York and California.

Organizers say the demonstration involved workers in the fast food industry, nursing homes, hospitals and airports.

The “Raise up Cleveland” campaign is also filing an initiative petition with the clerk of council.
