CLEVELAND, Ohio – A male victim was allegedly shot multiple times in the chest at point blank range in Cleveland Tuesday night by a man he was recording rap songs with over drugs, according to Cleveland police witness reports.
An argument broke out before the incident, the reports stated.
The victim was unresponsive and being treated by EMS when officers responded to 4500 Miles Avenue at around 7:40 p.m., officers reported.
