CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

Cleveland State University wants to add more student housing and may get rid of the Wolstein Center to do so.

The university sent out a “Request for Qualifications” to various contractors to get input on the proposal.

The first option is to replace the 400,000-square foot area with a smaller facility that would hold 5,000 to 8,000.

The second option is to relocate soccer and softball fields at Krenzler Stadium.

The third option would be property along Euclid Avenue, south of music and communications building.
