CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mayor Frank Jackson unveiled some new details today about plans for the upcoming Republican National Convention.

Jackson revealed some of the city’s official parade routes, along with details on parks use and event-zone permit regulations.

The main event zone will be bordered by West 25th Street on the West Innerbelt on the east and Lorain Carnegie Bridge on the south. You must apply for permits if you want to be in the designated areas.

You must also apply if you want to speak at the designated speaker platform, which will be at Public Square. There are street vendor regulations and food truck regulations, among several other rules.

Thousands of people will visit the Cleveland area when the convention is held from July 18-21.
