City of Cleveland Gives an Update on the 2016 RNC Security Process

DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Officials are holding a press conference at in the Mayor’s Red Room Tuesday morning, less than 2 months before the Republican National Convention.
Mayor Frank Jackson, Director of Public Safety Michael McGrath and others will speak on Cleveland’s preparedness regarding security.
City officials are expected to present a comprehensive overview of security preparations for the RNC.
The presentation will include topics of public safety, emergency medical service, fire and rescue, communications, corrections, emergency management, and more.
