Indianapolis is breaking the internet since Kelly Price’s viral video after her performance on the entertainment stage at IBE Summer Celebration. In her video Kelly express her displeasure in being told her performance of “As We Lay” was inappropriate. After posting her video rants, the entire situation came to head all over social with various posts, comments and videos.

Here is the thing. Kelly’s time was pushed back from earlier in the day to during the Gospel portion of Summer Celebration. She wasn’t originally scheduled to appearing during the gospel show. She performed her set which included a performance of “As We Lay.”
IBE has respectfully released a statement apologizing to Kelly for the miss communication. They explained that Price’s performance was supposed to take place before the Gospel Explosion, and a scheduling mix up had occurred. Kelly was asked by Rico Love to attend IBE for his Music Conference during Summer Celebration.
Gospel singer Tasha Page Lockhart and producer Rico Love both came to Kelly’s Defense.
