DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Some parts of downtown were busy last week with the Republican National Convention.
Some restaurants like the Alley Cat in the flats saw a lot of business, but not all restaurants and businesses flourished.
The barriers kept a lot of foot traffic away.
