ELYRIA – An Elyria woman was arrested for sitting nude on her front porch Sunday.
According to a police report, Annette M. Osborn, 48, of Elyria, was found by officers sitting on her front porch completely nude “with her private parts exposed.”
Osborn told officers she was acting in protest of the drug activity that occurs across the street.
Several neighbors across the street, including children, said they could see Osborn.
Osborn was ordered to go inside and put clothes on before she was arrested for public indecency.
Her arrest raises questions on public indecency and nudity laws.
