HOLLYWOOD, CA – Cleveland Cavs star Tristan Thompson has been “keeping up” with a Kardashian lately, causing much speculation about the pair’s relationship.
TMZ reports that the duo spent some time in Cabo San Lucas, hitting the water on jet skis. And were also spotted having lunch together in Beverly Hills last Thursday. Later, they hit a club and were caught on video as they departed:
