PARMA HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) –

Charges have been filed against the woman who police said was involved in a crash following a summer concert in Parma Heights. Donna Chidsey, 74, turned herself in on a complaint/warrant for vehicular homicide.

Chidsey was charged with 2 counts of vehicular homicide in the deaths of Kathleen McDonald and Nancy Gielas.

Police said Chidsey got the gas pedal confused with the brake pedal when she was leaving a Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tribute concert at Commons Park on Aug. 21.
