CLEVELAND– Sometimes a good deed really pays off. The Cleveland Indians on Wednesday tweeted that they are giving Ken Kostal two tickets to Game 6 of the World Series because of what he did for Kenny Lofton.

Kostal, of Marblehead, Ohio, gave up his seat on a flight to Cleveland so that the former Indians player could make it to Tuesday night’s game to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

On social media, some Indians fans hoped Kostal could get a World Series ticket for his sacrifice. Kostal said he didn’t have plans to go to a World Series game because of his work requirements; he owns a restaurant.
