CLEVELAND – Just after 7 p.m. Friday, Cleveland Police say the man, 20, who was shot at while driving on I-90 westbound near Dead Man’s Curve died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
A witness told Cleveland Police and WKYC that, just before 4:45 p.m., Friday, she saw two vehicles on the Shoreway westbound just before Dead Man’s Curve.
She said a person in a red Jeep with temporary license tags stuck his arm out of the window of the Jeep and fired several shots at a person in a grey sedan.
