Sherri Shepherd’s ex-husband Lamar Sally is asking the court to boost her child support payments for their 2-year-old surrogate son.
According to TMZ, Sally just filed docs in L.A. saying Sherri’s $4,100 a month is no longer adequate. Sally says when their deal was first made, it was under the belief that Sherri was earning just over $1 million a year.
But Sally believes her yearly income is now closer to $3 million.
According to TMZ, Lamar says their son has a medical condition that requires expensive treatment. He also says Shepherd’s acting gigs, stand-up career and 3% share in a wig company are her primary sources of income.
Sally’s also asking for $75,000 to cover his legal expenses from their nasty divorce, when Shepherd asked to be broken of all ties to the surrogate child she arranged before splitting with Sally.
