CLEVELAND, Ohio– The Cleveland Cavaliers say that center Chris Andersen suffered an ACL tear during Friday’s practice that will require season-sending surgery.
The Cavs said Andersen suffered a non-contact right knee injury.
After undergoing an evaluation, an MRI confirmed the tear.
