A Cleveland mom needs help finding her endangered special needs son.

Chinetha Hall said her 14-year-old son Malik Aziz went out for a run Thursday afternoon outside their Peony Ave. home on Cleveland’s west side and hasn’t been back since.

Police consider him endangered. Aziz has autism and takes medication for ADHD and seizures.

“It can be deadly. Seizures can be serious,” Hall said. “He can come out of it or he could not come out of it, so that’s why it’s important for him to be at home where he’s getting the proper medical care through his medication, or not somewhere else because I have his medication here.”

Aziz is described as a black male that stands at 6’2” and weighs 125 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and wears prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a burgundy zip-up sweater.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police at 216-623-5100 or his mother, Chinetha Hall at 216-264-0126.
