This petty war between Charles Oakley and the New York Knicks isn’t going to end well for the Knicks. After Oakley was tossed from the stands on Wednesday, popular New York sports radio host Michael Kay announced Friday that he’s no longer welcomed in Madison Square Garden, a home he helped build.

“Charles Oakley will never be allowed to enter MSG again, even if he purchases a ticket,” Kay told his audience, according to the New York Daily News.

Oakley has been critical of Knicks owner James Nolan, who has used his weight to continuously exclude Oakley from anything Knicks related. The Knicks are set to celebrate 70 years as an organization and Oakley was reportedly not invited to participate.

On Wednesday, Nolan claims that Oakley was being belligerent and was asked by Knicks security to leave. Oakley claims that he was in his seat minding his business when security came over and tried to force him out. Oakley was arrested and charged “with three counts of misdemeanor assault.”
