CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
A Grand Jury has indicted two women for the death of 5-year-old Ta’Naejah McCloud.
Tequila Crump, 26, the child’s mother, and her partner Ursula Owens, 37, are charged with multiple counts of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and endangering children.
On March 17, McCloud was admitted to University Hospital in full arrest. Owens claimed the child had a seizure, however, doctors discovered the child suffered from severe head and brain trauma as well as older injuries including burns. She died on March 21.
