CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The Cleveland Cavaliers are resting the ‘Big 3’ tonight against the Miami Heat.
Kyrie Irving has a problem with his surgically repaired left knee, which the Cavs are calling tendinitis. The team also says LeBron James has a right calf strain and Kevin Love is listed as questionable with an illness.
In addition to LeBron, Love, and Irving not playing — Tristan Thompson is still out with a sprained thumb.
Meanwhile, could Anderson Varejao be coming back to the Cavs?
The Cavs waived DeAndre Liggins Monday morning.
Team officials say the move was made in order to free up a roster spot in the final week of the regular season.
