NORTH ROYALTON, OHIO (WOIO) –

Police say a woman and her two daughters were found dead in a North Royalton home Sunday night.

According to North Royalton police, a family friend found the mother and her daughters dead in the bedroom of a home located in the 11400 block of Ridge Road around 8 p.m. Sunday.

Police identified the women as Suzanne Taylor, 45, and her two daughters, Taylor and Kylie.

Their bodies were found by Taylor’s boyfriend, Dale Koster, according to a 911 call. Kostar called and told the mother’s boyfriend, Scott Plymale, who then called 911.

“He (Kostar) said they didn’t open the door, he picked the lock and went in and he said the bedroom door is closed and opened the bedroom door and he said there’s a body in here,” said Plymale.

Sonya Pifer, a woman who claims to be the stepmother of the younger victims, told Cleveland 19 that Taylor, 21, attends Kent State University and Kylie, 18, attends Bowling Green. According to the stepmother, Taylor and Kylie’s father has been estranged from the girls since they became adults.

Police said one of the victims was stabbed to death. The cause of the other women’s death is still under investigation.

“A knife was used in one death. I cannot tell you on the others because there’s not a visible sign of how death occurred,” said North Royalton Det. Dave Loeding.

A motive for the murders remains unclear.
