(RNN) – This year marks the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
Family members, survivors, first responders and politicians are marking the day with a bell ringing at Ground Zero in New York City.
Relatives of those who died will read the name of the family member they lost after a moment of silence.
