CLEVELAND — After decades of hard work and dedication to delicious dishes, the owners of Hot Sauce Williams will permanently close their Carnegie Avenue location.

The other locations will remain open.

Owner Deborah Williams confirmed the closing Wednesday afternoon, citing retirement as the reason for her closing up shop.

“All the older ones are down here,” Williams said. “We’ve been in business over 50-some years and most of us are over 65, so it’s time.”

The last day for the Carnegie Avenue location is this Saturday. Doors open at 11 a.m. and no official closing time has been set.
