CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Despite a hard push from Ohio lawmakers, on Wednesday the NFL announced that Las Vegas will host the 2020 draft.
The decision comes 18 months after the league approved the Raiders’ move to the desert.
“The NFL Draft is one of the most-anticipated events of the year and we are excited to take it to Las Vegas,” commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement.
