CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Gov. John Kasich took action on a bill that would essentially make revenge porn illegal in Ohio.
House Bill 497 prohibits the nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, sets penalties for those who distribute the images, and creates certain legal rights for the victims of the offense.
