The movie “Baby Boy”, that could have very well labeled her in Hollywood, especially as a black actress, was the movie that propelled her to show Hollywood how versatile an actress she was. An actress that is revered and earned the title Oscar/Emmy nominated for her rolls in television as well as in movies.

Taraji P Henson, Washington D.C. native, is an actress, writer and producer known for her rolls on FOX ‘Empire’ and film’s ‘Hustle and Flow’ and the Oscar nominated film ‘Hidden Figures’ as well as countless others.
