Four progressive congresswomen dubbed “The Squad” collectively responded to Donald Trump’s weekend Twitter rant, where he touted his white nationalism, calling for them to go back to where they came from.

On Sunday, Trump took to the Internet to lash out at Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Illan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley by subliminally referring to them in a series of racist tweets again aimed to stir up his base as ICE Agents raided several major cities over the weekend.

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,” Trump wrote.

As the Tweets began to circulate, many pointed out Trump’s baseless claims, starting with the fact that all four women are United States Citizens. Three were born in the states, while Omar and her family migrated to the country from Somalia when she was 10.

But each of the women didn’t need anyone to come to their defense. Each one responded to Trump’s tweet, calling him out for his blatant bigotry while also reiterating the need for diversity in government and abroad.

And even as Trump has been condemned over his remarks, he’s since doubled-down, tweeting early Monday morning:

Twitter has since responded with the hashtag #RacistPresident and #SilenceIsCompliance referring to Trump and the Republican lawmakers who have yet to condemn his attack.
