Scandal Fixer, Actress Kerry Washington, To Host The DNC

The Democratic National Convention takes place this week in Chicago, Illinois and Washington D.C.’s most famous ‘Fixer’ Ms. Olivia Pope and love of her life Fitz from Scandal have been taped to host. It’s only fitting that the Democratic National Convention that will air on ABC be hosted by the cast of ABC’s smash hit series ‘Scandal’ that got us all interested in politics and what goes down behind the scenes.

Actors Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Mindy Kaling and commentator Ana Navarro will serve as hosts at the Democratic National Convention this week, convention officials confirmed to ABC News.

Kerry Washington’s “Scandal” costar Tony Goldwyn will lead Monday night, while “The View” co-host Ana Navarro hosts Tuesday, and Mindy Kaling hosts Wednesday. Kerry Washington along with her ‘white hat’ will host on Thursday.

No Papa and Momma Pope will not be part of the festivities.
