The Grammy-award winning artist and her fiancé traveled to Durban for a traditional Zulu ceremony.

Alicia Keys and fiancé Swizz Beatz have fallen in love with South Africa. So it’s appropriate they have had their impending marriage blessed in a traditional Zulu ceremony. The hip-hop couple travelled to the city of Durban and donned Zulu clobber and sang songs under a fig tree, dubbed “the healing tree”. Alicia, who is five months pregnant, also had the couple’s unborn baby blessed. The pair were in South Africa to headline the World Cup kick-off concert in Soweto.
